Students at Wenzhou Medical University in China were terrorised when an intensely large rodent got loose on campus.
The rat, which measures a metre long with its tail was seen scurrying around the corridors and rooftops of the University.
Students were speculating online that the creature was the result of an experiment gone wrong.
Teachers believe the rodent was being kept as a pet by someone either on campus or nearby before it got loose.
