We've seen some great Hallowe'en costumes lately, but this one is by far the best - and probably most emotional.
Annalee Horne tweeted this picture of her room-mate Tom Schutt and his costumes from last year and this year.
Tom, a life-long Trekkie, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's Lymphona last year and went through chemotherapy.
My friend Tom. Last year (left), as Picard, because of the chemo. This year: Riker, and recovered. pic.twitter.com/SN0qFkvHuV

As a result, Tom's hair fell out - so he decided to make the most of it by dressing up as the bald Captain Picard, complete with four pips on the neck and the red command suit.
The chemotherapy lasted just over a year and was successful. Sure enough, his hair (and beard) returned to their full health. How did he celebrate?
By dressing up as Commander Riker. Amazing.
The initial tweet has since hit over 3,500 retweets and even cropped up on Wil 'Wesley Crusher' Wheaton's Twitter.
