John Hammond's grandkids have definitely grown-up.
Long before Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard went running around Isla Nublar, Lex and Tim were the two characters we all identified with as they fled from all the dinosaur danger in the original movie. Apart from a brief appearance in 'Jurassic Park: The Lost World', we haven't seen Ariana Richards and Joe Mazzello in the franchise since so where are they now?
The actress who played Lex in the 1993 film, Ariana Richards, has moved her primary focus away from acting and is now an artist, doing portrait work which you can view on her website, and describes herself as an 'artist, actress and producer'. She last appeared onscreen in the 2013 TV movie 'Battledogs'.
As for Joe Mazzello, you may have been staring at his face in things and not even realised it, as he featured in films such as 'The Social Network' as well as TV shows like 'Elementary', 'CSI' and 'The Pacific'.
Both have changed massively, but still have their toes in the acting water so fingers crossed for some sort of involvement in the 'Jurassic World' sequel. Although we can't imagine they'd let Chris Pratt convince them to go back to the island without good reason (although he is Chris Pratt and who could say no).
