Although her speech at the Golden Globes sounded like a presidential speech - or maybe it sounded like one because it's been so long since anyone's heard one - it now looks like Oprah Winfrey won't be kicking off any Presidential run.
In an interview with InStyle Magazine, Winfrey officially ruled out speculation that she's considering a run for the Oval Office. "I’ve always felt very secure and confident with myself in knowing what I could do and what I could not. And so it’s not something that interests me. I don’t have the DNA for it," explained Winfrey.
Given how Winfrey's work with helping to boost Barack Obama and fundraising helped put her in as a potential candidate, it looks like Winfrey has an understanding that she has no experience in the role and just wouldn't be the right person for the job.
