Jaysis, it's all about fighting on Twitter today. First we had the Bressie vs. Brunker spat, and now One Direction and The Wanted are at it again, bringing catty bitchiness to a whole new level. It's very entertaining. They're basically 16 year old Mean Girls.
It all started when Louis from One D decided to go on the warpath in the early hours of this morning, attacking old tweets of Tom Parker before posting a link to an old Metro story about how Parker failed an X Factor audition way back in the day, leading to a highly entertaining exchange. Now by the looks of it Tom's gone and deleted all his replies to Louis (who sort of came out worse for it anyway), but not before the internet could save them all for the good of the people.
Meow! Down ladies. Liam Payne got stuck in as well, with the weakest attack of them all saying 'hey Tom lets talk about your singing your amazing tone pierces my ears with every note :/'. Good one Liam. Really. Solid input there.
The Wanted's Jay McGuiness also stepped into the spat in the early hours, posting an open letter of sorts to Louis saying
'Dear @Louis_Tomlinson, please stop mentioning us in your gigs, we certainly no longer mention you and it's time to let dead dogs lie. Your passive-aggressive style of speaking makes me cringe, and I wish you'd either have the bollocks of some of your co-workers to speak truthfully, or the class of the majority of them to be silent. I'm not sure what's happened since we saw you at the XFactor, but you've done a sterling job of becoming one of the most overrated, arrogant and not to mention insincere people around. Your shocking lack of talent will only be forgiven by lots of humility and no-strings-attached friendship among your band. Louis, don't measure your worth in followers or money, because they're fickle, and when they go you might just feel worthless.'
Louis's response?
@jaythewanted this would be a lovely insight for your next book. You must have been a splendid student. Never forget you boys started this.

Real mature. We have feeling this is going to get a lot more interesting before it's over. And Louis is doing himself no favours acting the way he is. Someone on Team One D needs to confiscate his internet after midnight so he stops turning into a catty troll.
