Olivia Wilde had the best possible reaction to the news that Oscar Winner Jennifer Lawrence puked during a performance of her Broadway play, 1984.
The stage adaptation of George Orwell's dystopian novel is known to be visually upsetting, containing extreme torture scenes and strobe lighting effects, and has provoked a similar reaction in other audience members during it's run.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lawrence attended the show on Monday evening but had to leave during the performance and reportedly vomited in the lobby of the venue. However, a friend of the star told Page Six that Lawrence had been previously suffering from a stomach bug that she caught from her nephews.
Whatever the reason for the reaction, Olivia Wilde was just thrilled to have Lawrence there and promised that she was welcome to puke at her plays any time she wants.
As long as I have a play, Jennifer Lawrence has a place to puke. 🙌#honored #getwellsoon #iloveyou #1984onBarfway #spewbagsnotincluded
