One of Ireland's most successful musically-minded exports in recent years has managed to give us a glance at his life while in London.
Journeying back to the UK from his home in LA, Niall Horan's downtime in central London has been one that he's welcomed with open arms, considering that he hasn't been able to stay in one place for such a length of time for the past 10 years.
Being part of the biggest boy band the world has ever seen (in recent history at least), and then embarking on his own solo career has resulted in the singer managing to make the most of the global situation by writing some new material and keeping himself in shape.
Speaking to the Irish Golfer podcast recently, Niall said: "It is the longest I have ever been in one spot in 10 years. This is by far and a long way the longest time I have spent anywhere. Normally there is always an interview or a song to be recorded or something to be doing that keeps me moving. I was meant to be touring which is my favourite thing in the world, but apart from that, it has been nice. I have sat down and written songs and I have gotten fit.
"I heard Ricky Gervais recently and he said, 'listen, I am not a nurse doing a 14-hour shift, I am doing fine'. I completely agree. I am a single 26-year-old man, I don’t have kids at home to look after. It has been different but something that I have enjoyed."
Right now, Niall was supposed to have embarked on a worldwide tour for his new album 'Heartbreak Weather' in North America, although his Irish, European, and international dates for later this year may still go ahead.

Missing sport is a big one for Niall, and the Mullingar native say not being able to play a round of golf on a Sunday night has been "tough".
Touching on the subject of his family, the 'Nice To Meet Ya' singer said he made the choice of flying back to London in order to be closer to his family. He explained: "My Granny is going to be in lockdown until Christmas, that’s a year of her life and the elderly have it tough. She is 90 in August this year and I am hoping to get back to her for that.
"But she is flying it thank god and living alone. My cousin sorted her out with a phone that does WhatsApp calls, she can’t make them but she can answer them so she can talk to us.
"But my mother had asthma and I didn’t want to be doing that. I was in LA and I made the move closer to home in case anything happened."
Here's Niall's most recent upload on Instagram, which is him performing on 'The Graham Norton Show' for last weekend's series finale.
