Sure how else would you be spending yer free time of a Monday morning? To be honest, we've been straddling Twitter since last Friday in the hopes of seeing some twit pic action of himself and BOD swinging clubs on the Golf Course (apparently they enjoyed some ball putting at the K Club).

There's been no appendage swinging, but at least he managed to get Jamie Heaslip and Cian Healy to join him for a slefie. Yes, that's Cian Healy. Doesn't he look much more carefree and jovial when he's not stuck in a ruck.
