Even the movie’s star Michael B. Jordan thought the recreation was awesome.
An Instagram video of a boy from Florida named Jordan re-creating the M’Baku challenge scene from Black Panther has collected over 18,000 views (at the time of writing).
The video was uploaded by Jordan’s mother, Brittni-Rae, on Sunday, and sees Jordan play all the characters in the scene himself. Brittni-Rae wrote on Twitter that Jordan saw Black Panther five times and memorized the lines.
People have been hugely impressed with the film’s star Michael B. Jordan, who plays Erik "Killmonger" Stevens in the movie, even commenting on the vid: "Lil man you nailed it!!!!"
The scene that Jordan acts out, using his own costumes and makeup, is when M’Baku (Winston Duke) challenges the newly crowned T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) for the throne of Wakanda before the elder Zuri (Forest Whitaker).
