He was due to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un until he pulled out of talks in recent days, but now Donald Trump has met with another Kim.
In fairness, she is one of the most famous Kims in the world: Kim Kardashian, that is.
The POTUS shared a picture of their meeting in the Oval Office, but this was no casual visit like the one her husband Kanye West made to Trump Tower; instead, she was visiting the White House to seek a pardon for a 63-year-old woman, Alice Johnson, who was serving a life sentence without parole for a first-time drugs violation.
It's not known how or why Kardashian became involved in Johnson's case, but it's certainly made the headlines.
She spoke with both Trump and his adviser/son-in-law Jared Kushner, and naturally, Trump couldn't wait to share the official photo:
