We've already been introduced to two of the bad guys that Batman will be facing down on Christmas Eve in his latest video game adventure, but today it's been announced that little known villain Copperhead will be joining Black Mask and Deathstroke to assassinate poor ol' Bats.
Originally more of a half-snake/half-man creature, the games creators decided to tone down the supernatural elements and change up the gender of the character, upping the female ante. Atop martial artist and a Cirque Du Soleil performer collaborated to allow the game makers to capture the character's movements, and DC comics writer Geoff Johns is apparently so impressed by this redesign that he's decided to use the new and improved look for the character in future comic book stories.
In the trailer we see the deadly and flexible assassin escape police custody, sneak up on Batman (which we know is very hard to do), kick his ass, and apparently poison him with one of her claws. What happens next? We'll need to wait until October 25th to find out!
