This lovely little guy is called Senhor Testiculo and he is the new friendly mascot of a Brazilian group who help rasie awareness of testicular cancer. By looking at the picture above you'll probably end up having nightmares about hairy mole marked nut sacks, but hey, it's all for a good cause so you can't complain.
A spokesperson for Brazil's Association of Personal Assistance for Cancer said: "Both children and adults loved taking pictures with the mascot, a friendly snowman in the shape of testicles."
Up there for strange quote of the year I think you'll agree.
