Well, that's one way of garnering a few column inches - posting a photo of you sitting nude (although that looks like a sports bra...) in the lotus position by the sea. Personally, I'd be a bit worried about curious ants, so wouldn't find it that relaxing.
Seemingly Michelle posted this to her Instagram on Monday and folk are only cottoning on to it now. She doesn't say who she's with, or who posted the photo, but everyone's assuming she's enjoying a nude holiday with Cara Delevingne.
