What a year it's been for our Michael Fassbender. He began it with an Oscar nomination for his role in 12 Years a Slave, went on to impress all in indie flick 'Frank' and of course rejoined X Men for Days of Future Past.
He has now finshed out the year with a well earned place on Forbes highest grossing actors in Hollywood list, coming in at ninth with his movies pulling in a whopping €610 million this year.
The financial magazine Forbes compiled the box office takings of the films each actor starred in this year, so of course everyone in Hollywood was beaten by the unstoppable force that is Jennifer Lawrence, who came in at number one earning €1.1 billion. While the unexpected success of this year's Guardians of the Galaxy saw Chris Pratt in at number two - bet he didn't see that coming this time last year.
Scarlett Johansson is third, with Mark Wahlberg fourth and Chris Evans fifth, while Emma Stone came in at number six, Angelina Jolie at seven, James McAvoy at eight, and Hugh Jackman at ten.
Nice mix of men and women in that list too, which you know, is always nice isn't it? Ah it is.
