Matt Damon is currently on the promo trail for his latest feature film, 'Stillwater', directed by Tom McCarthy. However he's been landing in hot water of late.
The actor had to backpedal from an interview last weekend in which he said he'd recently stopped using the "f-slur for a homosexual" after his daughter admonished him for it. Matt Damon released a statement in which he said he's never used the slur and that he "stands with the LGBTQ+ community."
'Stillwater' has also received criticism from Amanda Knox, who claims the movie draws from her life without permission.
Now Matt Damon is literally sweating in this latest promotion for the feature.
The Hollywood star, who will also star in 'The Last Duel', which he shot here in Ireland, later this year, took on the spicy wings challenge.
The Youtube channel First We Feast sets the challenge in which celebs come in to discuss their lives and careers while eating some very hot sauces with chicken wings.
In the past, the likes of Lorde, Billie Eilish, Margot Robbie, Daniel Radcliffe, Justin Timberlake, Zac Efron, and many more have appeared on the show.
Matt Damon shares some behind the scenes trivia for such films as 'Good Will Hunting', 'Saving Private Ryan' and 'Behind the Candelabra' for his segment.
He also talks sports, discussing his showdown with Phil Jackson at the 2008 NBA Finals.
