A man on an American Airlines flight to Dallas was reportedly booted off the plane after he lost his shit because too many people were saying "Merry Christmas" to him.
According to the New York Post, it all begin after an agent checking his boarding pass wished him a Merry Christmas; the man, who was traveling alone replied, “You shouldn’t say that because not everyone celebrates Christmas.” The agent replied, “Well, what should I say then?” “Don’t say, ‘Merry Christmas!’ ” the man shouted before storming past her.
Well that's not very sound, is it? But oh it gets worse.
Once on board the plane an air stewardess had the AUDACITY to also wish him a Merry Christmas. Not on his watch... oh, no.
The man screamed "Don't say Merry Christmas" and begin loudly lecturing the airline staff, including the pilot, about their "ignorant" greeting before becoming so irate, his flight was over before they'd even taken off.
He was carted off the plane to cheers and applause from other passengers.
The man was then visited by the ghosts of past, present and future and is now a normal member of society. Probably.
