A 69-year-old fan in Brazil died from a heart-attack during the penalty shootout on the weekend in the game between the hosts and Chile.
The man was attending a local bar to watch the game, but it seems that the occasion was too much for him as he fell ill, needing to be rushed to hospital, where he passed away.
The man's passing was not the only event that required medical attention however, as health officials said that around 98 people were treated during the match, including another woman who also had a heart problem and a man who got involved in a fight and had his nose broken.
