Timor and Madonna - who has children Lourdes, 17, Rocco, 13, Mercy, eight, and David, also eight - have been been spotted out together several times since, including at the Grammy awards and most recently at a preview of Holler If Ya Hear Me on New York's Broadway this week.
However, despite their string of dates over such a long period of time, the pair are not in a relationship.
A source told E! News: "It's not serious. [It's] just a fling." The couple met late last year in Switzerland after being introduced at a chateau owned by fashion designer Valentino, a regular retreat for the pop superstar.
