Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are back together again and this time, we hope it's for realz.
If you were a fan of The Last Song, y'know, in a 'this is so shit it's actually good' kinda way, you will too. Though he's normally very private, and rightly so, the big ride of an actor recently sat down with GQ Australia where he commented on exactly why things went awry after he put a ring on it. He left out the part where we assume Miley's foam finger gyrating got out of hand. He said of their brief hiatus:
“Of course it was hard, man. But at the time we were going in different directions and it’s just what needed to happen.
"We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time – we both needed that".
"I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it,” he says of their relationship. “I make my decisions about what’s going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do – and I don’t worry too much outside of that."
But he's smart enough not to give too much away, when questioned about their current relationship status: "People will figure it out, they already have...They're not dumb".
And he doesn't take much notice of the gossip columns: "I don’t read or listen to the press – and these days I don’t base my decisions on it at all. I base all my decisions on what’s happening in front of me and I’m much happier by doing that."
The pair met in 2009, they were engaged in 2013, then they split and now they're giving it another, more private shot.
