Liam Hemsworth is getting busy doing what most of us do when relationships end, and that's getting well and truly smashed on a night out. Except that because he's a minted celeb, he gets to do it to the tune of $3,800.
Liam and his friends racked up the bar tab in a sports bar in New York on Sunday. The 23-year-old actor - who recently ended his engagement to Miley Cyrus - spent the afternoon at sports bar Ainsworth Park in New York City with pals including actor James Marsden, where they first ordered beers and mini-burgers before moving on to tequila. The group stayed at the bar for five hours and while there was no sign of Liam's latest love interest Eiza Gonzalez, People.com reports he chatted to two women he met at the establishment.
It was recently claimed Miley was devastated after Liam was pictured kissing the Mexican actress just a day after they confirmed the end of their four year relationship, with a source saying: 'Miley is extremely angry. She's saying she doesn't care about Liam, that she's better off without him, all that kind of stuff. But the truth is she's pretty devastated.'
The reports come in the wake of Miley's tearful rendition of her new single 'Wrecking Ball' at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas last month.
The source continued: 'She totally believed that no matter what happened, she and Liam would work it all out. She thought he was her soul mate. Him just walking away like this and not fighting for her, is heartbreaking.'
