Well that was fast; we thought One Direction's Liam Payne was all upset over having broken up with his girlfriend due to the pressures of being in the world's biggest boyband. Not so much. Apparently - clear a space where your jaw can drop - he's going out with LEONA LEWIS! What's more, they're planning to spend Christmas together. What the absolute F***!
It's yet to be confirmed by either of their parties but these rumours have allegedly been circulating for a while now. Liam did admit he "has a crush" on Lewis a while back. Their budding dalliance certainly slipped below our radar. Maybe that's 'cause they're not as in your face as other popstars. What I'm really trying to say is, these are possibly two of the most boring celebrities on the go; no WONDER they've joined forces. Think of them as the non-chocolate covered digestive biscuits to the pop world. Now I'm as much a Liam Payne fan as the next sad, too-old-to-follow-One-Direction fan but he's hardly a barrell of laughs. The best spokesperson for the group, in that he can actually string a sentence together, he's certainly the most mature of the bunch. As for Leona Lewis?.... Sorry, I fell asleep just thinking about her.
As per The Sun, the have reportedly arranged a romantic trip to Los Angeles, California for a few days in December. Sources say: "Leona and Liam only starting seeing each other recently... But because of work, they won't be together for a while now... They thought this was a nice thing to look forward to."
Fair play Leona though for pulling herself a toyboy. She's 27, he's a baby at 19.
