Yesterday, Leo Varadkar posted a photo of the contents of his fridge to his Instagram story, thanking his partner for doing "meal prep". The post caused absolute outrage online. Twitter users were astonished that his lunch boxes had no lids and were puzzled as to the contents of the meals.
Today, Varadker has taken to Instagram once again to clarify to puzzled viewers that his "meal prep" contains vegetables and that he does in fact use lids on his containers after the Food Safety Authority issued a warning about pre-cooked food. Let's take a look at the drama.
