You might recall how a few years ago, a children's nursery book about cursing out your child became something of an internet sensation.
The reason? Other than it being quite funny and accurately capturing the frustration of a new parent trying to get their child to sleep, you had none other than Samuel L. Jackson reading the audiobook version of the book.
Well, as fate would have it, there's now a new version of 'Go The F**k To Sleep' called 'F**k, Now There's Two Of You', which describes the changes in a family when there's a new arrival. This time around, the audiobook will be read by Larry David of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' fame.
In a statement announcing the book, Larry David said that "(as) the second-born child, I’m sure my parents experienced feelings similar to those of the narrator in this book. Is it any wonder I'm so f**ked up?"
'Go The F**k To Sleep' was a publishing phenomenon when it launched in 2011 and was even translated into Jamaican Patois at one point. Even German auteur and star of 'The Mandalorian', Werner Herzog, did a reading of the book as well.
The follow-up, 'You Have To F**king Eat', read by Bryan Cranston and covered - you guessed it - trying to convince the child to eat something which, again, being a parent is a f**king challenge sometimes.
