Before Kim Kardashian popped out little North West, she took time to get herself dolled up in a series of ridiculous and outlandish looks for fashion icon Carine Roitfeld's bi-annual fashion magazine CR Fashion Book.
Shot by the ever eccentric Karl Lagerfeld, Kardashian appears in a series of photos titled 'MISS USA', and we guess we're supposed to read into the imagery and American icons and allow ourselves to be overwhelmed by some artistic experience, but to be honest all we can see is Kim with jam smeared across her gob and surrounded by flowers in some sort of Care Bear cloud land, clearly taking advantage of the opportunity to eat for two.
Kim also covers the Fall/Winter issue, and seeing as she's the focus of such fashion big wigs (literally in Lagerfelds case), one would think that's she's happy about the whole thing (because you know Kanye is probably responsible for the whole thing really). Well wonder no more what she thought about it all, because she posted the cover on Instagram with the following caption.

Other looks for Kim include wearing an American flag jumper with a baseball cap and veil, being covered in an entirely jeweled face mask that looks more like a crown with holders for your hair, and one where it looks like she's wearing an inflated but torn open pantsuit, teamed with bright pink serial killer gloves just for kicks.
Because 'fashion', we guess?
