There's no question that film junkets can be strange experiences for both journalists and actors.
For a first-time interviewer, being placed opposite a Hollywood superstar is nerve-wracking enough, without being told you have three minutes to ask all of your questions and hope they're in a chatty mood.
That's precisely what happened to Martha, a young interviewer from German TV network ZDF, who was sent off to the 'Avatar 2' junket recently.
When Martha nervously told her 'This is my first time [doing a junket]', Winslet paused the interview for a moment. She's then seen leaning in and saying "This is your first time doing it? Ok, well guess what? When we do this interview, it’s going to be the most amazing interview ever. And do you know why? Because we’ve decided that it’s going to be. So, we’ve decided right now, me and you, that this is going to be a really fantastic interview."
She added: "You can ask me anything that you want, and you don’t have to be scared. Everything is going to be amazing. Ok? You’ve got this. Ok, let’s do it!"
She also took a selfie with young Martha, ensuring that her first interview with a big star is one that she'll never forget.
The clip has already gone viral on Twitter, with over 1.6 million views in less than a day.
