Scientists of the world were shocked* today to find that their life's work has all be in vain, thanks to Justin Bieber.
The Canadian singer of such hits as Baby, What Do You Mean and Beauty And A Beat pretty much debunked the entire theory of the Big Bang, which is the prevailing cosmological model for the universe's birth approximately 13.8 billion years ago.
According to Justin Bieber, who holds 0 degrees and doctorates in theoretical physics, he contends that the notion behind the Big Bang Theory is "preposterous".
"Science makes a lot of sense," Bieber admits, before totally not admitting it at all. "Then I start thinking - wait, the ‘big bang’. For a ‘big bang’ to create all this is more wild to think about than thinking about there being a God. Imagine putting a bunch of gold into a box, shaking up the box, and out comes a Rolex. It’s so preposterous once people start saying it."
As Bieber puts, he's "the type of dude who always wants to figure it out." Rest assured, the scientific mind that is Justin Bieber is working on a new theory that will baffle the scientific community and revolutionise how we view the galaxy around us.
We're guessing Neil DeGrasse-Tyson, Brian Cox and all those lads over at CERN are just packing it in now and going on the dole instead. Maybe Brian Cox will reform D:Ream, who knows.
