Five schools in western Norway have gone and changed their exam schedule over concerns that student Bieber fans will skip out on their exams to see the Beebs.

Bieber is set to perform in Oslo on April 16th and 17th, and it turns out Norway is very fond of JB. Last year at a free concert in Oslo there were dozens of injuries amongst teenagers gagging for a glimpse of the Beebs. Apparently the schools in question are 230 miles away from the capital, so when fans skip out on school, they're going to be gone for a while.

The country's Ministry of Education and Research came out and officially backed the move, with their Minister of Education saying she did not want to get in the middle of Bieber fans and their idol. 'I am concerned that students should be concentrating when they take tests and midterms,' Kristin Halvorsen told The Associated Press. 'The local schools have the responsibility to schedule the local midterms, and if they think there is any reason to change the dates, they have authority to do so. We've all been 14-years-old and know that interests can be intense.'

Well when your Mayor has to hide in a tree to avoid screaming girls, you definitely know something is intense.
