News is swirling all over the shop this morning regarding the fact that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have launched legal proceedings against Heat Magazine regarding an article they published a matter of weeks ago.
For legal reasons we obviously can't repeat what the article entailed, but it's reportedly relates to a picture that was featured alongside quotes that purportedly came from Biel.
According to The Independent: "Biel (32) and Timberlake (33) say they have been defamed by the article and are now pursuing a case through the Irish courts using the law firm Johnsons, and will be represented by solicitor Paul Tweed."
Seemingly the case will appear in the next list in Dublin's High Court.
