Yesterday, a jury found Jack Tweed and his friend Anthony Davis not guilty of raping a 19 year old girl. For the past eight months, the two Essex friends have been accused of raping a young girl that they invited back to Jack's house after a night out. The woman said she was 'frozen with fear' during her ordeal and also claimed that Tweed raped her twice, while Mr Davis had his way once throughout the night.

However, after only 15 minutes of deliberation, the six men and women failed to see any truth in the woman's claims and they agreed that she simply panicked over what both her friends and boyfriend would think. Now the poor blonde probably has no mates after letting things go this far. In the galley sat Jack and Anthony's friends and family, where one in particular shouted 'Get in'. Classy.

After emerging from court, Jack had the following to say via his solicitor, "I am relieved the jury have taken a matter of minutes to see through these scurrilous and groundless allegations. I would like to thank my legal team who fought to establish my innocence. I now wish to put the last eight months behind me and rebuild my life as a 22-year-old man." This means that we could see him stumbling out of nightclubs with his new piece of skirt, Chanelle Hayes, on his arm over the next few months. Noice.
