Yes, a TV channel for dogs. DogTV launched in the US last year, and is now available for Israeli pooches and discerning owners elsewhere can tune into online after it launched in the Middle East.
Programmes on the canine network (which really missed out on some creative naming) are designed to entertain and soothe dogs using colours and music amongst other things, with shows falling into either relaxation, stimulation or exposure categories. Although why you would want to stimulate a dog with TV and not an actual walk or game of fetch is beyond me.
