In the week that we learned all about #BOND25, Idris Elba - who has long been rumoured to take over the iconic role from Daniel Craig - had a different reason to don a black tux, drink a Martini and hang out with a beautiful woman this weekend.
It turns out the 'Luther' and 'Hunchback of Notre Dame' star got married in a boutique hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco yesterday to girlfriend Sabrina Dhowre. According to British Vogue, who appeared to have exclusive access to the celebration, the celebrations will take place over three days.
Friends and family of the couple attended a "colours of the Souk" themed dinner the night before the wedding and will attend an all-white party today. And if you're into that kind of thing, Elba wore a custom black suit by Ozwald Boateng and black tie, and his bride wore an off-the-shoulder white A-line gown by Vera Wang and long veil.
