The Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby lived up to its billing as one of the biggest race days on the calendar at The Curragh, with a card that was packed with excitement, and saw a huge crowd turn out in their finest gear.
Aidan O’Brien was once again in the winner’s circle with Australia, but there were plenty of other winners present on the day, from best dressed lady Catriona Hanley (a prize judged and awarded by fashionista Millie Mackntosh) to Bairbre, the lucky prize winner from MasterCard Priceless Ireland that got the chance to experience the event in VIP style.
Treated to a day of shopping at Kildare Village, as well as the attending the Irish Derby ball at the K Club, where they stayed for the weekend in the lap of luxury, the winners got to enjoy champagne with every meal…or at least nearly every meal.
