This was Frankie "performing" with a mic and a bottle of WKD in some place in Liverpool. The Mirror reports: "Frankie decided that it would be a good idea to continue the party in his hotel room. Because that’s what people do in films and that. With a bunch of girls waiting outside the hotel already, Frankie basically cherry picked the fit ones and invited them to join him in his room."
They can see he's so much more than hair and acne; they sense he's in the final throws of his 15 minutes so they need to strike fast.
