Apparently 'Fashion' had a night out last night. And not just any aul night out, 'Fashion' made it a worldwide event, dahling. Well, a western world but sure we won't linger on that.
New York had Sarah Jessica Parker, Heidi Klum, Camila Alves, Olivia Munn, Karolina Kurkova, Tommy Hilfiger, Melania Trump, Victoria Secret Models, "noted fashion photographer Nigel Barker", Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, Rachel Zoe and Michael Kors. New York even had Leighton Meester singing. With a guitar.
The West coast was slightly less fashionable, with Twiglet features Giuliana Rancic play host to an event in Las Vegas. Then there was Kelly Osbourne (again, who made her an authority on fashion please?) in Chicago.
London played host to Gwyneth Paltrow and the usual gaggle - Pixie Geldof, Henry Holland, Daisy Lowe, David Gandy, Pam Hogg, alongside Erin O'Connor, Karen Gillan, X Factor fodder in the form of Diana Vickers, Alexandra Burke, Cher Lloyd and the consistantly awkward looking Tulisa Conotstavolos.
In Paris there was Leigh Lezark, John Paul Gaultier and some fabalass models, and there was something similar in Berlin. Meanwhile, in Dublin, there was Laura Whitmore, Michelle Doherty, the "shoe queens", and what appears to be a Karl Largerfeld look-a-like... with an Anna Wintour look-a-like? God you'd almost swear it was them, in like Milan or something, if it weren't for the ruddy-faced, slightly uncomfortable looking teenagers lurking in the background.
So what was this all in aid of? Not entirely sure to be honest (something about it being "after-hours shopping extravaganza. For the third year in a row, celebrities, designers and stars perform and mingle with shoppers as they take part in FNO-exclusive events" yaddah, blah, blah, blurh), but it made for a good gallery. Enjoy.
