The job advertisement is seeking an "ambitious qualified accountant" to take on the role, which would be "to assist Ryanair’s CEO to manage a wide range of issues". What those issues include are listed on the job advertisement, but something tells us that the ability to go above and beyond that list might well come in handy.
We get the impression that he doesn't suffer fools gladly, and while you probably wouldn't be expected to manage his PR, some clean up may still be required from time to time.
