Ed Sheeran took Taylor Swift's backing dancers to a gay strip club - and they had a WHALE of a time without her.
The 24-year-old singer/songwriter splashed out on a stripper performance as a special birthday treat for one of Taylor's on-stage team during a visit to an X-rated establishment in Atlanta in 2013 while they toured North America on Taylor's Red Tour. Fitting.
He explained: "I took all the background dancers to a gay strip club on the Red Tour. I wanted to go to Swinging Richards. I bought the dancer whose birthday it was, I bought them some dancers. I found out all the dudes in there were straight and they were making cash! £50 a time, and they were just paying for college."

For those unaware, Ed was the 25-year-old singer's support act during her North American live dates in 2013, but the Blank Space singer admitted she was disappointed not to have received an invitation to the night out at the strip club.
She said: "He just didn't invite me, he told me about it the next day and I was sadsies."
Ed, however, was quick to confirm there was absolutely no tension between the pair, insisting Taylor had been unable to come out partying because she'd legged it home to the cats.
Speaking on BBC Radio 1, he told Taylor: "Didn't you go home? We were in Atlanta so you went down to Nashville which was really close."
