Dr. Fionnula McHale owns and runs Invigorate Clinic in Dublin City Centre where she practices functional medicine having graduated from Trinity College Dublin, in 2010.
She has worked with high level athletes in the NFL and the UFC. Fionnula also very much practices what she preaches, and is an elite athlete herself; a two time European Power Lifting Champion and a runner up in the World Power Lifting Championships. She chats to Mike about her extremely impressive career and just what exactly functional medicine involves, as well as her incredible work ethic inside and outside of the gym.
