Vincent Margera, better known as Jackass / Viva La Bam's Don Vito, has died. He was 59.
Margera was Bam Margera's uncle and was a regular castmember in MTV's Jackass and its spinoff, Viva La Bam. However, in recent years, Vincent Margera was in serious legal trouble following a conviction for sexual assault.
He was sentenced to ten years probation after he groped two twelve-year old girls at an autograph signing in 2006. Margera was put on suicide watch whilst incarcerated and was struggling with alcoholism.
Margera was forced by court order to give up his 'Don Vito' persona in 2007, which effectively ended his career. He was passed away earlier this morning from liver and kidney failure.
