The DJ who accused Justin Bieber of spitting in his face has filed a police report, while Bieber himself is busy partying it up in NYC and bringing girls back to his hotel room. Girls who aren't Selena Gomez.
Justin reportedly aggressively confronted Addison Ulhaq in the VIP area of the Social Room nightclub in Columbus, Ohio, last weekend after being told the DJ was taking pictures of him. While Mr. Ulhaq hasn't actually pressed charges, he says wants the incident 'documented', which could stand against Bieber if he ever gets into trouble in the future.
According to the report, obtained by who else but TMZ: 'The victim stated that the suspect told him that 'His mother was a bitch, his father was a bitch and he is a bitch. The victim stated that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the incident.'
He claimed that Justin was concerned because he is two years underage and that a member of the singer's entourage grabbed his phone to check for photographs of him in the club but didn't find any. Following the alleged altercation, the DJ got tested for Hepatitis, but the test came back negative.
A spokesperson for Justin refused to comment, but a source close to him said: 'Everything's been going really well on the tour and it's just really sad that someone would copycat others' baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves.'
Well it's not like Beebs is doing himself any favours in the character stakes after he reportedly took two girls back to his hotel room after a wild night of partying, heading from a restaurant that swears it did not serve the 19-year-old alcohol to a 21-and-over nightclub, where he was reportedly acting the typical dick, flashing his expensive jewellery at party-revellers.
It all seems to be part of his New York minute, what with getting his mom's eye tattooed on him amongst other adventures.
