If there's one man you trust to take on Vladimir Putin, it's Darth Vader.
The political situation in Ukraine has been incredibly tense and difficult in the last few months, and in the wake of the revolution, the trouble with Crimea and deteriorating relations with Russia, now more than ever the country needs a strong Prime Minster who will be able to keep all those plates spinning.
Enter Darth Vader, a representative of the Internet Party of Ukraine, who thinks he's the man for the job. Sunday sees the nation go to the polls in their parliamentary elections, and the Internet Party has put forward 16 candidates in total, including Chewbacca and Yoda. Vote for him, you should.
Darth Vader is no n00b when it comes to politics though, as he has previously run for election as Mayor of Kiev and for President back in 2014, but this time he's got some slick ad campaigns and plenty of supporters behind him.
If elected, the Internet Party plan to change Ukraine's political system, and a lot of it has to do with computers. They want to offer free computer courses to anyone who wants them, they want to give everyone free WiFI, and they hope to make an e-government which would allow the people to "vote, claim social services, interact with government officials, track the budget and license their business entirely online", according to Newsweek
Furthermore, they promise that if elected, Darth will sit down for a brief chat with Putin and get the Crimea region back "within three days". While their bureaucrat annihilation policy has proven popular, most polls predict that Darth and the Internet Party won't have much of a chance and are unlikely to get above 5% of the vote.
