Chris Pratt has popped the question to his girlfriend of seven months, Katherine Schwarzenegger.
Chris Pratt divorced from Anna Faris in October of last year, following a separation in 2017. The couple had been married since 2009, and have one son Jack between them. Pratt has previously spoken out about how much "divorce sucks."
Pratt then began dating Katherine Schwarzenegger last July. Known for being an author of both lifestyle and children's books, she is also the eldest daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and ex-wife Maria Shriver.
Pratt broke the good news on social media, posting the happy moment on his Instagram page. He captioned the photo of the newly engaged couple, "Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!"
Back in December, Pratt also posted a collection of photos of the Katherine for her birthday. He told the 29-year old that "Your smile lights up the room."
The newest movie from Chris Pratt will be 'The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part' which will release in Irish cinemas on February 8th. Following that, later in the year he'll return as Star Lord in the eagerly anticipated 'Avengers: Endgame' in April.
