Star Wars actress, author, and screenwriter Carrie Fisher has reportedly had a heart attack.

According to TMZ, Fisher was on a flight from London to LAX when she suffered what is being described as a "major heart attack"  15 minutes from the end of the flight. The site says there was a medic sitting on the plane who administered "life-saving measures." When the plane landed at noon LA time, Fisher was rushed to the hospital by waiting paramedics.

This is really worrying news. We're praying Carrie pulls through - she's a genuine icon.
