It looks like Rachel Weisz will have some company in the 'slightly older new mums' club later this year, as Brigitte Nielsen has just announced that she is pregnant at the age of 54.
The Danish actress and model, best known for her role in 'Beverly Hills Cop II' and her short-lived marriage to Sylvester Stallone in the mid-1980s, has been married five times and has four sons, the youngest being 23-year-old Raoul.
She made the announcement on Instagram by posting pictures of her - and by the looks of it, pretty far along - bump, with the captions: "Family getting larger" and "Happy time positive vibes".
The 'Cobra' actress has been married to Italian Mattia Dessi since 2006, and turns 55 in July. Fair play to her, we say.
