Bieber just can't keep himself out of trouble these days, and not only has he been on the rebound from Selena Gomez quite publicly, he also decided to be a cheapo and bail out on paying for a thousand dollar skydiving experience after using it in Las Vegas.
JB was spotted kissing a blonde waitress in Las Vegas, who E! Online have named as Jordan Ozuna, in the Las Vegas Indoor Skydiving centre earlier this month, with E!'s source saying that they were getting all gooey and petting each other.
'In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing. Little pecks and kisses. Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side, and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face. She was caressing him on the head and shoulders.', said the source, who we're guessing is one of the disgruntled workers who Bieber and crew took advantage of. But more on that in a bit.
Once the pair were suited up, she took a seat on his lap while they waited for their turn and things hotted up again, the witness adding: 'He was occasionally putting his hands around her waist, [giving her] a couple quick kisses', before they 'got the coziest' when 'he had his head resting in her lap [and she was] petting his head.'
And when it came down to settling the bill, which they had agreed would either be paid for or Bieber would post an Instagram photo of while he used the facility, he 'faked like he was posting something, per the agreement, but never did.' Result? Life long ban for Bieber and his crew, who also left without tipping and were very 'disrespectful'.
Money can buy you lots of things, but manners seems to be something it can't.
