This was probably supposed to be a surprise to break the internet but the cat is officially out of the bag today as photos of Beyoncé's cover and shoot for Vogue's September issue surface online.

Fan accounts of Beyoncé seem to have gotten their hands on early deliveries of the magazine's now-iconic and hotly-anticipated September issue, which features Ms. Knowles-Carter on the front in a sheer pink dress embellished with flowers and wet hair.

It isn't the first time that Beyoncé has graced the cover of the magazine, having made her Vogue cover debut in a controversial 2009 'Shape' issue, and then again on the cover 2013's 'Power' issue.

It is however Beyoncé's first appearance on the cover of the September issue, and she's only the third black woman to appear solo on the cover of a September issue, following in the footsteps of Naomi Campbell and Halle Berry.
