Well, we had a good run. But now it's back to our dear old familiar rain.
As you've no doubt guessed, summer is officially over and we can expect plenty more rain for the rest of the week.
According to party-poopers Met Eireann, we can expect rain over most of the country up until Thursday when it'll get slightly warmer and a good deal more dry.
However, it won't last as forecasts suggest that Saturday and Sunday are going to be a wash-out.
So, yeah. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there's plenty more of this on the way.
