For many of you out there, today marked the return to the office after the Christmas break. If so, no doubt you are busy trying to cope with the situation you find yourself in. That situation being January, the Sunday of all months if ever there was one.

Those of you troopers who had to work throughout the festive season may be rolling your eyes telling folk to get over the post-Christmas slump that is today, but for many, it feels something like emerging from a cocoon - a cocoon filled with boxes of chocolates, cheese and gin.

Never fear, there are brighter times ahead (Friday is just a couple of days away after all) and until then, know you are not alone in your pain.
