Well that's pretty horrific. 

A man - apparently an autograph hunter by the name of Nedal Lakmas - has been charged for allegedly groping Sarah Hyland's breasts. The Modern Family actress fled a party in tears in Sydney yesterday, after accusing the 29-year-old "fan" of touching her inappropriately. Understatement.

A source told TMZ that following an investigation, Lakmas, who was arrested at the bash, has now been charged with assault with an act of indecency. He has previously been photographed with celebrities such as Kirsten Dunst, Katy Perry, and Lorde.

The 23-year-old actress is currently in Australia shooting a special holiday episode of the show and attended the party hosted by Qantas at The Sebel Pier One in Sydney, with her boyfriend, Matt Prokop.

The brunette pushed the man away and screamed, "Don't touch me there," before security intervened and police were called to the scene.

News.com.au reports: "Lakmas will face Downing Centre Local Court on March 14 because of the alleged incident outside the Sebel Pier One Hotel in Sydney... The day before the alleged assault Lakmas wrote on his Facebook page: MY DREAM IS TO MEET EMINEM:). The US rapper is due to perform in Sydney this weekend." Best wear a metal vest, Marshal.
