Apple are reportedly looking at ways of making the new iPhone slimmer and it could come with a casualty.
A reliable Asian tech blog reckon that the gaff that Steve Jobs built want to have a special socket for Apple only headphones, rendering whatever headphones you have now useless - unless you get a special adapter or use Bluetooth
There is no confirmation that this is happening, but word is they are considering it; would it surprise you if they they did? New chargers, new headphones... it's an expensive cycle.
