Those Apple addicts out there don't need us to tell you that there was a massive press event happening in San Francisco today, where Apple CEO Tim Cook unveiled all the latest developments and upcoming products that on their way.
Yep, tech geeks out there are spazing out right about now, as they should be.
First up, is the highly anticipated Apple Watch, which was first announced last September but Cook has revealed just what this magical little device will be able to do, describing it as "the most advanced timepiece ever created."
Wait until you hear about it too. Similar to a phone, you can customise the watch face to say anything you want, from your diary, the weather, to when your next meeting is. You can track your movements too with a built in heart rate monitor that lets you know if you have been exercising or sitting on your arse too long - "like having a coach on your wrist.” said Cook.
By pressing the watch's crown you will activate Siri, letting you talk to the device to execute commands like creating reminders and checking the weather.
The watch will also send notifications to your iPhone, because who's got the time to be pulling their phone out of their pocket anymore?
Apple Pay is also on the Apple Watch and of course, you can even make calls on it; "With the built in speaker and microphone you can receive calls on your watch. I have been wanting to do this since I was five years old," Cook said.
Our Casio's are looking more and more lame by the minute.
In case you were worried about how much juice all this would use up, there's set to be a battery life of up to 18 hours too.
By the sounds of it, you'd nearly be expecting the next version of this bad boy to be able to send us back in time, Marty McFly style...
So how much are these nifty little devices you might want to know?
Well as we found out in September, there are three versions of the Apple Watch - The regular model, the Apple Watch Sport and the Apple Watch Edition.
Apple Watch Sport starts at $349 (€322) for the small 38mm size and $399 (€367) for 42mm. It's available in silver or space gray.
The "regular" Apple Watch, with a stainless-steel casing ranges from $549-$1,049 (€505-€966) for the 38mm size, and $599-$1,099 (€552-€1012) for 42mm.
The Apple Watch Edition, with a casing made of 18-karat solid gold, starts at $10,000 (€9,206). We are just going to go ahead and nickname that one the 'Kanye Watch'.
There are also six types of wristbands -- 1) a metal band with a traditional clasp, 2) a rubber sport band, 3) a magnetic leather band, 4) a leather band with a classic buckle, 5) a leather band with a modern buckle, and 6) a flexible metal magnetic band.
Pre-orders will begin on April 10th, while the device will start shipping on April 24th.
Apple also revealed a brand new MacBook this evening which will weigh just two pounds and will be available in silver, gold or space gray. It has a 12-inch Retina display with edge-to-edge coverglass with Apple saying it is the thinnest display ever built into a Mac, and that it consumes 30% less energy. This product is scheduled to be available in April too.
The tech giant also revealed a partnership with HBO to offer its stand-alone streaming service, HBO Go, on Apple devices. The service will be available just on time for the season five premiere of Game of Thrones too, which is why we got to to see that brand new trailer earlier.
So that's the biggest news so far from San Francisco but certainly enough to keep Apple fans happy. Now all we need to do is to sell our first born to afford all this...
